One-on-One Executive Coaching
- Do you feel empowered in your role as a non-profit executive?
- Do you feel confident in your revenue development strategy?
- Are your communications and outreach inspiring donors to give generously?
If you answered no to any of those questions, you are not alone. So many nonprofit leaders feel overwhelmed and under-supported in their roles. The board expects you to do more with less year after year. Not to mention, board volunteers are becoming harder to find, and if we’re being honest, most of them don’t know a lot about nonprofit revenue development. All they know is they need you to raise more to sustain your organization.
It’s frustrating and defeating. I get it. I’ve been there too!
But you’re still there because you care deeply about the mission and the success of your organization. And you should be able to feel good about that and the efforts you are making. But what if it’s the strategy that’s holding you back? Are you continuing to do events that are not bringing in a good return anymore? Is your direct mail program flatlining? Is your board unwilling to help you execute a major gift program?
These are all common issues many nonprofit leaders are facing today. The good news is, I can help you resolve them through my one-on-one coaching program.
Unlike videos on YouTube or an endless string of webinars and conferences, this program will give you the tools and confidence to pick the right strategies and make it easy for your board to take ownership of revenue development. What makes this program different is the one-on-one personalized coaching focused specifically on you and your organization. Learning the best practices of fundraising and communications is only effective if you know how to apply them. Many group and online courses fall short here because they don’t teach you how to implement the strategies in your unique organization effectively.
This program is flexible to accommodate your schedule, and best of all, it’s affordable for the average small to mid-sized nonprofit executive.
Reach out today and let’s talk about what you need to succeed in your role.
